CA. Swarnim Gupta
Swarnim, a Fellow Chartered Accountant and certified forensic auditor, brings with him more than a decade of experience in the finance domain. He began his career at Deloitte in the Audit & Assurance Department, where he built a strong base in financial analysis and structuring. Over time, he transitioned into specialised finance, dedicating his expertise to project financing, secured and unsecured loan sanctions, and subsidy advisory.
Currently serving as the Secretary of the Indore Branch of ICAI, Swarnim is also a recognised speaker at ICAI events, business associations, and B-schools, where he shares his knowledge on financial strategies and growth. His unique blend of professional credibility, deep financial insight, and practical execution makes him the driving force behind RJS Consultancy. Under his leadership, the firm has earned a reputation for not just preparing finance proposals but getting them sanctioned and disbursed.
CA. Rishabh Jain
Rishabh Jain brings over a decade of expertise in financing and taxation. He is currently pursuing CPA (US) and has already done Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit and Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) from ICAI. With a strong command over Financial Planning & Analysis and Financial Modeling, he excels in delivering comprehensive end-to-end business strategic solutions. Notably, Rishabh has been recognized as the No.1 credit officer in Axis Bank’s B2B segment nationwide during his stint with Axis Bank. He spearheads the finance department of the company, offering comprehensive financial consultancy to multiple start-ups, leveraging his expertise to drive their success and growth.
CA. Ravina Moonat
Ravina Moonat, a Chartered Accountant, brings with her over 10 years of extensive experience, including managerial roles at prestigious firms like Deloitte and EY. Her tenure with these firms has provided her with vast expertise in handling clients in US and UK taxation, as well as extensive work in the banking, service and energy sector. Presently, Ravina leads the company’s taxation advisory, offering comprehensive consultancy to clients worldwide, encompassing a diverse range of entities in navigating complex tax landscapes.
CA. Sampada Sanghvi
Sampada Sanghvi is a Chartered Accountant with more than 7 years of diverse expertise. Her proficiency includes IFC and SOX assignments, risk assessment, and drafting SOPs and PPP projects. With keen analytical skills, she excels in financial trend analysis. Having worked with KPMG, she handled significant clients from Africa and Europe, specializing in telecom, hospitality and pharmaceutical sectors.
